Codex Maid Widget v0.3.13

Install / 安装

Both installers include the runtime and optional local Codex MCP connector. Windows and macOS share version 0.3.13.

两端版本统一为 0.3.13，安装包已包含运行环境和可选的本地 Codex MCP 连接器。

Changes / 修改

  • Imported filenames and edited character labels still appear normally in the local widget. MCP tool results now use fixed built-in labels or a generic custom-character label, so personal labels do not enter tool results.

  • Added an explicit way to disconnect the widget's local Codex plugin. Use Disconnect Codex plugin in the Windows Start menu or Codex-Maid-Widget-断开 Codex.command in Mac Applications before removing the widget. Only this widget's plugin is removed; other plugins, images and settings remain.

  • The Windows interactive uninstaller offers to disconnect first and stops if that step fails. Silent uninstallation keeps Codex configuration unchanged; disconnect beforehand when needed.

  • The Windows app-server handshake now reads its version from the application manifest, matching macOS.

  • 图片文件名和自己修改的形象名称照常保留在本地界面。MCP 工具只返回固定的内置名称或“自定义形象”，不带出这些私人标签。

  • 两端新增明确的本地插件断开入口。卸载前可运行 Windows 开始菜单中的 Disconnect Codex plugin，或 Mac“应用程序”中的 Codex-Maid-Widget-断开 Codex.command。只移除挂件自己的插件，其他插件、图片和设置均保留。

  • Windows 交互卸载会询问是否先断开；断开失败时保留挂件。静默卸载不修改 Codex 配置，请提前按需断开。

  • Windows 内部 app-server 握手版本改为读取应用清单，与 Mac 一致。

Ordinary image filenames are not treated as a severe vulnerability. The local naming behavior is preserved; this change limits unnecessary information in MCP results. This release does not publish a GPT or marketplace plugin.

普通图片名本身不属于严重漏洞。这次保留原来的命名习惯，只收紧 MCP 的输出范围。本次没有发布 GPT 插件或上架插件市场。

Installation notes / 安装说明

Restart Codex after connecting or disconnecting the local plugin. Live quota still requires an installed, signed-in Codex app. Verify the attached SHA256SUMS before installing.

连接或断开本地插件后，请重启 Codex。真实额度仍需要本机已安装并登录 Codex。安装前可核对随附的 SHA256SUMS。

Windows installer is unsigned. The Mac app is ad-hoc signed; the installer is unsigned and has not been notarized by Apple. Automated runner checks do not replace manual Mac testing with real accounts, multiple displays, Spaces, audio and login sessions.

Windows 安装包未签名；Mac 应用采用 ad-hoc 签名，安装包未签名且未经过 Apple 公证。自动化 runner 验证不能替代真实账号以及 Mac 多屏、Spaces、声音和重新登录等人工体验验收。
