Portable Desktop and standalone Vision ZIP clients retain download links, not automatic installation. Install Setup once to enable automatic installation for future releases. Updating still downloads data; differential updates can fall back to a full installer download.

latest.yml and .blockmap are updater support files, not player downloads. Existing optional offline 3D packs remain compatible. Full notes are included as NYNX-RELEASE-NOTES-v1.3.42.md.

• Sprite foreground layering above particles reinforced across app, widgets and Vision.
• Viewport-adjacent Dex catalog mounting preserves scroll height and focus.
• Real style previews mount only while visible and unload when hidden/closed.
• Sprite request/observer cleanup; map manifest/area/item caches bounded to two recent entries per cache.
• Cached tracker status responses carry their cache timestamp, avoiding treatment as newly received live data.

Updating and Downloads

Installed v1.3.39 clients: Settings > Data and backups > Check for updates. The client downloads the update, then offers Restart and install; closing the app also installs a ready update. No manual GitHub download or reinstall is needed. Installer identity, settings paths and update repository remain unchanged.

The installer, SHA-512 metadata and blockmap are provided together. Differential downloads may be used when possible; full-download fallback is supported. Automatic updating does not mean zero download.

Existing portable Desktop/standalone Vision ZIP clients: these only have release-check/download links. They cannot gain automatic installation from server-side files alone. Install the Setup EXE once to enable future in-app installation.

• Pokémon names now remain fully visible in the Raid Comps picker.

This is the one-time installer baseline for automatic updates.

• Download and run the Setup EXE once.
