Bots can drive a browser: one Playwright profile per Bot, with sign-ins kept between runs. Posting, uploading, downloading and deleting need your approval first, and payments always go back to you. In the desktop app the Bot's browser shows as a panel you can take over, stop, or give back at any time. (#417, #528)
/btw is now Side chat: type /side or pick Side chat from the Bot panel's ··· menu and ask follow-ups in the side panel. The panel menu also opens a terminal or the file tree. (#489, #522)
The desktop app's About page shows whether DS Bot is up to date, downloading or ready to restart, with a Check for updates button. (#499, #519)
Fixed
Complete results from delegated Bot work stay available after a restart, including nested handoffs. (#479, #487)
A delegated reply missed while the plugin restarts is delivered or explained, instead of leaving the wait hanging. (#483, #497)
Bots can safely retry a named message_bot request without sending the same work twice. (#480, #488)
An interrupted memory save is recovered together with its topic links and change history. (#481, #492)
A failed remember or forget shows a notice in the chat with a route to memory management. (#482, #495)
In DSH Desktop, Update installs the new version of an already-installed DS Bot instead of failing with "already-installed". (#423, #505)
Cookie imports from Chrome or Edge explain that the browser locks its cookies and suggest a cookie file, instead of silently importing nothing. (#490, #503)
Switching a Bot's working folder shows a short "Switching working folder" status line while the conversation moves to a fresh part. (#486, #493)
The release attaches the Linux packages again; a missing attached file now fails the release instead of shipping without it. (#496)
