Visualization and Integration of Resources in FHIR using the IPS Composition

This code starts an App to visualize the data of a patient. It uses the IPS composition in the FHIR resources to access the relevant data.

Prerequisites (maybe not needed)

$ pip install streamlit

Clone the code.
Type in terminal: $ streamlit run /path/to/this/cloned/repository/menu.py
To access a patients data, you need to insert the patient ID or scan a qr code with the link to the patient
