Minor bump v7.6.0 → v7.7.0. Release notes list only additive CLI features (ferrflow plan --interactive, repeatable --force-version, new --exclude) — no breaking changes, removed/renamed inputs, or changed defaults. This workflow only sets dry_run, force_version, bot, and mode: publish, none of which are touched. CI green. Uneventful, safe to merge.
