  • FerroTERM ships with the quickstart and runs beside the sandbox CDR
    (#3304). docker-compose.terminology.yml starts the Ferro family's FHIR
    terminology server next to the CDR and switches [terminology.external] on,
    serving the licence-free shaped seed out of the ferroehr image by default and
    any edition you build into its index volume (ferroterm-build, the
    terminology-build profile). The hosted sandbox runs the same pair on one
    machine with the terminology server reachable only from inside the stack,
    which is the posture the SNOMED CT Affiliate Licence asks of a public system,
    and its dataset gains a composition whose coded text resolves through it. The
    deployment probe observes the overlay off, on and resolving, and the server
    down under both fail postures. FerroTERM is pinned at 0.1.3, whose image
    carries its own HEALTHCHECK (ferroterm healthcheck), so both compose files
    start the CDR only once the terminology server reports healthy (#3307).
