• ADL 2 archetypes with SNOMED CT or LOINC term bindings upload against a
  terminology server that does not serve those code systems (#3311). The
  VETDF check asked the server about system=SNOMED-CT&code=<the binding URI>
  and read every miss as "the term does not exist", so with FerroTERM beside
  the CDR six archetypes of the sandbox dataset were refused and the seed
  failed. A binding target in the IHTSDO URI model (http://snomed.info/id/…,
  http://loinc.org/id/…) is now taken apart into the FHIR system and code the
  server is asked about, and the server's OperationOutcome decides the
  outcome: a code system it does not serve leaves the binding unverified and
  the archetype accepted with a warning, as AOM2's VETDF prescribes; a code
  absent from a served system is still refused with 422. Verified against a
  real FerroTERM in the test suite.
