Changed

• The sandbox dataset pins 231 accepted / 91 refused ADL 2 archetypes
(#3315). Beside a terminology server that serves LOINC, two archetypes of the
2013 CKM corpus are refused by the VETDF check for LOINC answer codes that do
not exist: apgar binds fifteen codes without their check digit
  (LA6713 … LA6727) and braden_scale binds the mistyped LA9605-4. The
sources stay verbatim, the manifest records the adjudication, and the
  getting-started page counts 233 archetypes.
