  • 🔇 Eliminated CMD Console Window Popups on HanimeTV: Completely suppressed all background console windows (cmd.exe / conhost.exe) by passing CREATE_NO_WINDOW and SW_HIDE startup flags to background video manifest and duration resolution workers.
  • 🖼️ Widescreen Video Thumbnail with Left Portrait Box-Art Cover Overlay:
    • Cards render the high-resolution 16:9 widescreen video thumbnail from the website (poster_url).
    • High-DPI portrait cover art (cover_url) is overlaid smoothly on the left with rounded corners and subtle border styling.
    • Subtitle / Dub badges dynamically reposition so they never overlap the cover art.
  • ⚡ High-Speed Parallel Thumbnail Loading: Upgraded async thumbnail executor to 16 concurrent worker threads for smooth, instantaneous browsing with zero loading stalls.
  • 🛡️ Frozen Executable Compatibility: Companion Node binary discovery supports bundled PyInstaller executable environments (_MEIPASS and executable directory).
