Fix: AMD GPU VRAM detection

The sysfs VRAM path was wrong (mem_info/vram_total directory vs the actual
mem_info_vram_total flat filename). This caused ALL AMD GPUs to report 0 GB
VRAM, blocking hardware-aware bundle recommendations.

What's fixed

• AMD GPU VRAM now correctly detected via sysfs (fix: path separator → underscore)
• rocm-smi fallback for AMD GPU name + VRAM
• lspci fallback for GPU name (any vendor)
• Inclusive vendor coverage: NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Mali, Qualcomm/Adreno, PowerVR
• vis_vram_total and hwmon fallbacks for older drivers

Verified on

• AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (24 GB VRAM) ✅
• VRAM shows correctly in prometheus doctor and prometheus setup
