New content & features:
	 +Added missing SFX to the ending.
	*+Added a target FPS option.

Improvements:
	*+A (X in the default controls) can now be used to start the game.
	*+Escape can now be used as an alternative Start (Enter in the default controls) button and to go back in menus (unless it's bound to a different button already).
	*+The Controls menu now appears on startup for first time players.
