Description

Recipe app is an app to store recipes. Each recipe is stored based on the catagories. The recipe contains the image of the food and the cooking instructions

App Evaluation

• Category: Productivity
• Mobile: The app functions on ios phones. Mobile is required for users to save and browse the recipies.The user can save their favorite recipes and organize them
• Story: A person can store their family recipes, or recipes they learned from friends in the app. This creates a bonding between the people.
• Market: This app is designed for young generations like college student or young adults. The app will let them save easy recipes that will allow them to save time while cooking and help them decide on food.
• Habit: this app develops habits of saving recipe and organizing them. Works similar to recipe book
• Scope: Adding new recipes. Browsing new recipes. Adding favorites. Making meal preps

Product Spec

Required Must-have Stories

• The user will first select from categories of food
• The categories will be displayed in the form of blocks
• The user can see lists of recipes based on the category
• User can write and save recipe

Optional Nice-to-have Stories

• Option to mark favorite recipes
• Meal planner
• option to view others stories

3. Navigation

Tab Navigation (Tab to Screen)

• There is tab navigation bottom of the page.
• There are four tabs
• First tab takes the user to home page
• The next tab takes the user to catagories page
• The third tab takes the user to writing recipe page
• The fourth tab takes the user to meal prep page

Flow Navigation (Screen to Screen)

• When the user chooses a catagory it takes them to browse page where the recipes are shown based on the catagory
• When the user chooses a recipe it shows them the descriptions and instructions on the recipe
• When a user saves the recipe it takes them to browse page
