Highlights

  • \context-pack status\ and \doctor --strict\ now detect stale shared .context-pack/CURRENT.md\ fingerprints.
  • Stale checks compare branch, dirty diff hash, and material committed files since the recorded handoff HEAD.
  • Handoff-only publish commits no longer create an endless stale warning loop.

Validation

  • Local: \python -m unittest discover -s tests -v\ passed, 34 tests.
  • Local:
    pm pack --dry-run,
    ode bin/context-pack.js --help, JSON validation, and \git diff --check\ passed.
  • CI: Windows/Ubuntu with Python 3.11/3.12 passed.
