[1.112.0] — 2026-07-06

Docs & QA consolidation. No user-facing code change. The SDD conventions doc (docs/sdd/CONVENTIONS.md) is refreshed to the current 30 route modules (was 24) and the current test baseline; the definitive whole-project QA prompt (qa/QA-REGRESSION-PROMPT.md) is consolidated — release mechanics destaled (v1.111, parentVersion 1.17.0, release-triggered publish), the §14 additions table corrected (scan Exclude re-labelled v1.109.0) and extended with the v1.111 CodeQL closeout — so it stands alone as the single regression prompt for all functionality. Adds one coverage test for the oversize-upload branch.
