[1.117.2] — 2026-07-06

Empty-tracker fix for the parity shell-outs. The parent's cadence/patterns scripts exit 1 with a structured {error} JSON when the tracker has no applications yet; the followup board and the Rejection-patterns tab showed that as "script-error". Both routes now relay it as a healthy empty state (available:true, empty:true), so the UI shows its honest "nothing yet" message. Verified live against a real parent.
