[1.26.1] — 2026-05-14

Hot-fix: WCAG 2.5.5 — header .btn height restored to 44 px floor.

🚑 Critical hot-fix

• fix(css): restore min-height: 44px + line-height + flex-shrink:0 on .btn (public/css/app.css:391-410) — live Playwright measurement on v1.26.0 found 5 header buttons rendering at 39-41 px (Doctor / Quick scan / Open Pipeline / 🌐 Scan now / ✨ Auto-pipeline a URL) — a WCAG 2.5.5 violation. The fix:
  • Adds min-height: 44px to .btn. A stale comment at line 427-430 still claimed this floor was in place, but the declaration itself had been lost between v1.18 and v1.26.
  • Adds line-height: 1.2 so the in-block text doesn't compute the row taller than intended on browsers with looser default leading.
  • Adds flex-shrink: 0 + box-sizing: border-box to keep parent flex rows from squashing the button under their own height constraints.
  • .btn-sm keeps its existing 32 px floor (small-control exception per WCAG 2.5.5 + 2.5.8 spaced-target) — .btn-sm follows .btn in source order so the override applies.

🧪 Tests

• test(wcag): tests/wcag-target-size.test.mjs — 4 static CSS canaries:
  • .btn block has min-height: 44px
  • .btn block has flex-shrink: 0
  • .btn-sm keeps min-height: 32px
  • .btn-sm defined AFTER .btn in source order (cascade)
• 502 → 506 unit (+4) + 32/32 Playwright unchanged.
• Live verification via headless Chromium across all 13 sidebar routes — every .btn:not(.btn-sm) measured ≥ 44 × 44 px after the fix.
