• test(help): tests/help-ru-config-section.test.mjs — 7 cases asserting every locale's §5 contains the 5-source YAML, the negative-list collision fix, the disable-one-source example, the 5 adapter labels in the verify block, the 5-row inventory table, the HH_USER_AGENT env-var reference, and the 17-H2 parity contract held after the edit.
• 540 → 547 unit + acceptance (+7).
