WS2 LOWs #33–#40 — batched polish sweep (closes the UX-audit queue).

🐛 Fixes

• fix(a11y/i18n): WS2 LOW batch — eight low-severity findings:
  • #33 #/dashboard — the 3 header CTAs were inconsistent (only 2 had a leading icon); "Open Pipeline" now gets 📋 so all three match.
  • #34 #/profile — archetype fit/level rendered as two bare ambiguous chips; now prefixed (Fit: … / Level: …) with matching aria-label.
  • #35 #/health — Run-doctor / verify toasts showed raw doctor.mjs / verify-pipeline.mjs strings; now i18n-keyed (health.runningDoctor/Verify).
  • #36 #/health — the check results were a flat run of <div>s with no programmatic name↔status link. Now a role="list" <ul>/<li> and the status badge carries aria-label="<check>: <status>".
  • #37 #/reports — report cards were mouse-only <div onClick>; now role="link" + tabindex="0" + Enter/Space handler + aria-label.
  • #38 #/activity — the paginator comment said "200" while the code requested 500; reconciled to a CAP constant and a role="note" notice now surfaces when the 500-cap truncates older history (activity.truncated).
  • #39 #/batch — prose placeholders were hardcoded English while their aria-labels were localized; the four (minScore/maxRetries/model/startFrom) are now i18n-keyed (the TSV-template placeholder stays — it's a data-format example).
  • #40 mode pages — the async health probe relabelled/reordered the primary button silently; a visually-hidden role="status" region now announces it (mode.liveReadyAnnounce).

🌐 i18n

• 10 new keys × 8 locales (set.fit/level, health.runningDoctor/Verify, activity.truncated ({n} preserved), batch.minScorePh/maxRetriesPh/modelPh/startFromPh, mode.liveReadyAnnounce). i18n-coverage gate green.

🧪 Tests

• test: tests/low-sweep.test.mjs — 9 cases (one per finding + the 10-key ×8 i18n check). 697 → 706. Playwright-verified: health ul[role=list] (17 li, badge aria "Node version: OK"), report card role=link/tabindex/aria, dashboard CTAs all-iconed, 0 console errors.

This closes the WS2 UX-audit queue (#1–#40 across v1.41→v1.52). Next: WS9 (test pyramid) → WS10 (canonical re-validation + separate final release) → WS11 (qa/ finalization).
