feat(ux): honest auto-pipeline ETA next to Run + prominent Stop during a scan (UX-6).

✨ Features

• #/auto: a new .auto-eta hint — "⏱ ~1–2 min" (key auto.eta, title via auto.etaTitle) — now sits directly next to the Run button, so the one-click promise is honest about duration before the user commits. The wording matches career-ops.org/docs ("paste a URL → full report in 1–2 minutes"). Feedback & system-status lens.
• #/scan: while the multi-minute crawl is running (aria-busy), the Stop control is promoted from a low-contrast ghost button to a prominent destructive button (new .btn-danger — filled, high-contrast white-on-coral, weight 600). setScanRunning(running) flips scan-stop-btn between btn-danger (running) and btn-ghost (idle, when it is hidden anyway), so the user can find and trust Stop under load. Error-recovery lens.
• New i18n keys auto.eta, auto.etaTitle across all 8 locales; new token-based .btn-danger / .auto-eta CSS.

🧪 Tests

• test: tests/auto-eta-stop.test.mjs (new, 4 cases, CI-isolated, source-static): #/auto renders t('auto.eta') with the .auto-eta class adjacent to runBtn; auto.eta ×8 locales; setScanRunning(running) promotes Stop to btn-danger; .btn-danger exists with high-contrast white text. 773 → 777.
