chore(docs): v1.58.51 — final housekeeping wrap of the v1.58.37 → v1.58.50 cycle (14 single-fix releases). No code or behavior changes; consolidation of the qa/ tree, doc currency, and the two lessons learned from this cycle. (1) qa/ reorg: all the version-locked source documents — FIX-PROMPT-CONSOLIDATED.md, FIX-PROMPT-FINAL-EXHAUSTIVE.md, FIX-PROMPT-v1.58.37_and_beyond.md, plus 6 root-level session snapshots (MASTER-REGRESSION.md, 2026-05-19-*.md, career-ops_*.md, FIX-PROMPT-v1.58.3.md, FIX-PROMPT-v1.58.4_and_beyond.md) — moved into qa/archive/v158-cycle/. qa/ root now contains exactly the 6 canonical perennial documents: README.md, REGRESSION-FINAL.md, UX-AUDIT-PROMPT.md, FUNCTIONALITY-CHECK.md, DESIGNER-EXPORT-PROMPT.md, G-005-closure-kit.md. (2) qa/REGRESSION-FINAL.md §13 documents every v1.58.37 → v1.58.50 invariant with its lock-test, organized by class (i18n / a11y / UX feedback / orientation / content fidelity / labels / tooling / docs) + 2 new "lessons captured" entries (markdown-bolded regex pitfall; Publish-runs-tests-against-tagged-ref pitfall). (3) qa/UX-AUDIT-PROMPT.md baseline table extended with the 14 new closed-in rows. (4) CLAUDE.md currency lifted (1.58.51, baseline 947/947). (5) .claude/PROJECT-CONTEXT.md repo-state + test baseline lifted. (6) docs/ROADMAP.md chain end now at v1.58.51 / Net 947. (7) README ×8 badges and content sync. Test baseline at v1.58.51: 947 unit (unchanged structurally) · 62 Playwright · 20 smoke · 23 comprehensive E2E. Also fixes the v1.58.48 / v1.58.50 Publish-failure pattern — by tagging at the same commit where ALL tests pass (instead of follow-up patches landing only on main). (housekeeping)
