feat(scan): RSS in the source filter + RSS location fix. The #/scan source-filter dropdown now lists RSS (added to server/lib/sources/registry.mjs + the SPA fallback list), so RSS-board results (LaraJobs, WeWorkRemotely, …) are filterable like any ATS source. The RSS adapter no longer maps the feed <category> tag onto location — non-location tags there made location_filter wrongly drop remote roles; location is now empty so feeds pass location filtering. Scan-button tooltips/labels and the source-list i18n string (dash.quick.scanSub) updated across all 9 locales to include Workable / SmartRecruiters / Workday / RSS. i18n snapshot + scan-sources endpoint test (6 → 7 EN sources) updated.
