[1.63.0] — 2026-05-27

feat(scan): per-request fetch timeout + #/scan progress bar. Scanner source requests had no deadline, so a stalled upstream (e.g. api.hh.ru from a blocked IP) could hang the whole scan. A new server/lib/fetch-timeout.mjs wraps the scanners' fetchImpl (makeTimeoutFetch, default 15s, override via SCAN_FETCH_TIMEOUT_MS) so every source request has a hard deadline — a timed-out source is recorded as a non-fatal error and the scan continues (Habr keeps working even when hh.ru is unreachable). The #/scan page also shows an indeterminate progress bar while a scan is in flight (localized scan.progress across all 9 locales). 7 new tests; suite 1039/1039.
