[1.71.2] — 2026-06-17

docs(i18n): publish the documentation-consistency pass. Every README "Translations of this guide" block now lists all 11 sibling languages (previously some omitted English/Français and self-linked), with the blank line before the section break restored. The full QA regression prompt is renamed to the current version, and the docs (CLAUDE.md, CONVENTIONS, LOCALIZATION, PROJECT-CONTEXT) are synced to the current version and test count (1103). No code or behavior change — docs only, so the help/UI translations and all features from 1.70.0–1.71.1 are unchanged.
