Scan UX fixes. The #/scan results table now auto-refreshes live during a scan and once more after it finishes — no manual reload. The top-bar global search shows an Enter hint and, on a non-URL query, jumps to #/scan with the search box pre-filled (was #/tracker). The brand logo now links to the dashboard (home).
