[1.78.2] — 2026-06-27

i18n + UX hardening (follow-ups to v1.78.1). The brand logo's accessible name is now localized in all 13 languages (nav.logoHome). Global-search Enter while already on #/scan force-re-renders so the pre-filled term is never lost (same-route guard). health.title is now translated in Polish (Kondycja) and Danish (Systemtilstand) — previously left in English. Tests 1235 → 1238.
