Parent career-ops parity — 13 new job-board scan sources. Ports the latest provider batch from Fighter90/career-ops main into the in-process scanner. Board-wide public APIs (provider-selected): Arbeitnow, Himalayas, Jobicy, Landing.jobs, 4 Day Week, The Muse, The Hub, Jobspresso (RSS), and Hacker News “Who is hiring?” (Algolia two-step). Poland boards (host- or provider:-detected): JustJoin.it and NoFluffJobs (POST search). Per-tenant ATS (auto-detected from careers_url): Pinpoint (<slug>.pinpointhq.com/postings.json) and Rippling (ats.rippling.com/<slug> → api.rippling.com board). Every source is host-pinned with redirect:'error' (SSRF-safe) and selectable in the #/scan Source dropdown — the registry now ships 40 scanner adapters (35 EN + 5 RU). Adds 13 CI-isolated per-source test suites; full unit suite green at 1513.
