[Bug] Error when clicking 'Start Simulation

Description

I encountered an issue when attempting to start the simulation. Clicking the 'Start Simulation' button on the main dashboard doesn't initiate the simulation as expected.

To Reproduce

1. Open the NetSim application.
2. Navigate to the main dashboard.
3. Click on the 'Start Simulation' button.
4. Observe that the simulation does not begin, and no feedback or error message is displayed.

Expected Behavior

Clicking on the 'Start Simulation' button should initiate the simulation and display the progress or relevant feedback.
