OMG Ghost! - Settings window freezes the OS

Problem:
Moving the application settings window freezes the system, adds another cursor, and moves in slow motion. 🤯

Additional information:

• I use "Windows night light" which after moving the window has restarted but the explorer has not.
• Apart from EarTrumpet, only the browser was launched (Brave).

Versions:

• OS: Windows 10 1909
• App: 2.1.5.0

How to recreate it:

• Open settings
• Click the about tab
• Move the window
