- Add CNREPORT_SAVE_DIR for local PDF save (organized by stock_code)
- Add MINIO_* config for MinIO upload (bucket: fd-cn-reports)
- Add minio>=7.2.0 dependency
- Add MANIFEST.in to include .env.example in distribution
- Update pyproject.toml with proper PyPI metadata (URLs, license, classifiers)
- Add selfcheck tests for local save and MinIO upload
- Update .env.example with new config options

Both destinations are opt-in via env vars. No behavior change when unset.
