精酿 BrewReel v0.5 · 片子会说话了：配音 + 逐字字幕

分镜里每一镜写一句 vo（旁白），出片时自动配上真人感的声音；字幕跟着声音一个字一个字亮，镜头时长跟着旁白走，说话时背景音乐自动压低约 10 dB。附件是用 MiniMax 真实接口出的三条样片（卡片信息流、答题互动、角色漫游）。

• 没有 key 也能先看节奏：出片加 --voice-provider mock 用离线占位音跑通（不能当成片交付）；加 --no-voice 出无配音版。老分镜不用改。
• 同一句话合成过就缓存，改画面、重渲染不再计费；密钥只走环境变量，不写进任何文件和日志。
• v0.5.1 起配音可选三家：MiniMax、阿里云、火山引擎（后两家还没用真实 key 实测）。

配音现在可以选三家：meta.voice.provider 写 minimax、aliyun（阿里云百炼 CosyVoice）或 volcengine（火山引擎豆包语音）。用法一样：设好环境变量、每镜写一句 vo，出片就带配音、逐字字幕和配乐闪避。

其他改动

• 中文默认音色改成 MiniMax 播报男声（在真实接口上核对过）；想要原来的新闻女声，写 "voiceId": "Chinese (Mandarin)_News_Anchor"。
• 自定义接口地址只接受 https，免得 key 明文发出去。
• quiz 配音样例第 4 句缩短（真人念超过了镜头上限，第一次实测时被拦下）。
• DeepSeek Harness 插件 0.3.0：渲染进程额外放行两家的环境变量，其他进程拿不到。
• 没加新依赖；限流、超时自动重试，鉴权和参数错误直接报出来，报错里不带 key。

还没做到的：阿里云、火山引擎按官方文档接入、用假响应测过，还没用真实 key 实测；第一次用出了问题，报错会写清是鉴权、限流还是参数。MiniMax 已用真实 key 出过三种配方的样片（见 v0.5.0）。真人语速约每秒 4 字，写旁白按这个留余量。

BrewReel v0.5.1 · Two more voice providers: Alibaba Cloud and Volcengine

Voice-over now has three providers: set meta.voice.provider to minimax, aliyun (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio CosyVoice) or volcengine (Volcengine Doubao speech). Same workflow: set the environment variable (MINIMAX_API_KEY / DASHSCOPE_API_KEY / VOLCENGINE_TTS_API_KEY), write a vo per shot, and render with voice, word-by-word subtitles and music ducking.

• The default Chinese voice is now MiniMax's male announcer; custom endpoints must be https; the quiz voice sample's 4th line is shorter; DeepSeek Harness plugin 0.3.0 passes the two new providers' variables to the render process only. No new dependencies.
• Not done yet: Alibaba Cloud and Volcengine follow the official docs and are tested with fake responses, not yet with a real key. MiniMax has been rendered with a real key (see v0.5.0). Real voices read about 4 Chinese characters per second — plan narration accordingly.

为什么叫精酿：好酒靠配方。强模型先把一种风格做成配方，便宜模型照着配方就能出好片；精酿圈自酿、分享配方的文化，也正好对应开源和二创、三创。

更名说明

Brew great promo reels with low-cost models. Write a product brief; the AI picks shots and writes copy; one command renders a vertical promo video. The attached demo-5MB.mp4 shows real renders of all three styles ("recipes").

• Why "BrewReel": good beer comes from a good recipe. A strong model turns a style into a recipe; a low-cost model follows it to brew a good video. Style pack = recipe; extracting a style from a reference video = formulating a recipe; rendering = brewing.
• Rename: formerly promo-video-skill. The repo is now Finderchangchang/brewreel (the old URL redirects). Website brewreel.com is coming soon. Nothing else changed; existing storyboards keep working.
• Migration: skill name promo-video-skill → brewreel; DeepSeek Harness plugin dsh-distill-video → dsh-brewreel (0.2.0), tools distill_video_* → brewreel_* (breaking; old names are no longer registered). Old marker files, runtime folder and env var still work.

• 装进 DeepSeek Harness（dsh）后，模型直接拿到这个 skill 和 7 个工具：环境检查、一键装依赖、列出风格与行业、读风格说明、校验分镜、渲染出片（后台跑、带进度）、核对成片
• 安全边界：只写工作区内的输出目录，不执行任意命令，渲染子进程拿不到 API key

Distill Video v0.3.0 · DeepSeek Harness support

• New: DeepSeek Harness plugin dsh-distill-video. Installed into DeepSeek Harness (dsh), the model gets this skill plus 7 tools: environment check, one-step dependency setup, list styles and industries, read style guides, validate a storyboard, render a video (in the background, with progress), and verify the result. It only writes to an output folder inside the workspace, runs no arbitrary commands, and the render process gets no API keys. Requires dsh 0.1.7-rc.2 or later; install from the repo folder integrations/deepseek-harness/ for now (npm package coming). See "Use it in DeepSeek Harness" in the README.
• New journey ending, "ticket check": the route ticket slides to the center, gets punched, flips to show the product name and slogan, and the mascot skates off. Also fixes blank frames before the ending and during the flip, and a crowded 4:5 opening.
• Existing storyboards: only journey's finale.stats now allows at most 1 number.

Distill Video v0.2.1 · Three original styles

Low-cost models like DeepSeek only write a storyboard JSON; ready-made components handle visuals, music and compliance checks; one command renders a vertical promo video. The attached demo-5MB.mp4 shows real renders of all three styles.

• Styles: cards (info cards), quiz (a "marked answer sheet" look with our own two characters), journey (a red-panda mascot skates through a paper-cut city with a ticket-style route and a postcard per stop).
• Distill the structure, not the skin: distillation now has a required redesign step, and scripts/check-originality.mjs (CIEDE2000 color distance against the reference palette, plus a replacement record for every signature element) must pass for new styles. In this release the quiz and journey skins were fully redone because v0.2.0 stayed too close to the reference videos.
• Stricter checks, six industry packs, bilingual. Apache-2.0: free for commercial use; keep the NOTICE attribution when redistributing. Full notes: CHANGELOG.en.md.
