Grouping gets wiped out

Grouping gets wiped out, steps to replicate below:

1. Setup up a couple Groups with Rules in each one of them
2. "Clear All History" of Firefox, Ctrl + Shift + Del. (I selected only Cache, Cookies).
3. The Groups you setup in Step 1 will get wiped out and only the rules you have setup will remain

"Group" feature depends on the localStorage. Firefox think it is same as Cookie, so clear cache will aslo clear groups.

Can't the "Group" feature be stored the same way as the "Rules" are stored? Rules don't get wiped out so if the same storage is used for Groups it would be great.

If you'd like, please go ahead and close the issue.

I try to use storage API to save the groups, it seems that this problem has been solved. I will release new version in a few days
