Adaptive Tab Bar Colour compatibility (#5)

FoxOne now works out of the box with Adaptive Tab Bar Colour and any dynamic theme. When such an extension is active, FoxOne yields the frame, toolbar, URL field, popups and sidebar to it and collapses the per-page tones onto one flat colour, so the bar adapts per page without losing its seamless one-line look. Accent and layout stay FoxOne's.

Nova fixes

Migrated all :-moz-lwtheme selectors to the [lwtheme] attribute. The pseudo-class was removed in current Firefox, which had silently disabled several rules (no-theme toolbox background, multiselect tab outline, dark-mode surface scoping).
