Fix

--uc-urlbar-background was being fed into the whole toolbox fill, so any value other than the default tinted the entire top bar instead of just the URL field (issue #28). The variable now lands on the URL field only.

It still steps aside when a dynamic-theme extension (Adaptive Tab Bar Colour and the like) is active, since FoxOne hands the field over to those on purpose.
