Patch release fixing the Nova urlbar breakout that misrendered when the urlbar was focused (#31).

Fixes

Megabar breakout no longer overhangs its container when the urlbar is selected under Nova.
Trust icon holds its position instead of drifting during the breakout.
Urlbar text tint corrected under Nova.
Tab close button aligned under Nova.

Tested on Windows. Feedback from GNOME, KDE, and macOS users welcome.
