Major Changes

• Aggressive Dependency Reduction
  • Removed all non-essential dependencies
  • Reduced from 8 dependencies to only 2 (eframe, egui)
  • Significantly reduced binary size and build time
  • Eliminated transitive dependencies

Removed Dependencies

• egui_extras - Not used, removed
• jsonc - Not used, removed
• rfd - Replaced with custom egui file browser
• encoding_rs - Replaced with std library + manual Latin1/ANSI conversion
• serde/serde_json - Replaced with manual JSON parsing
• dirs - Replaced with std::env-based platform-specific paths
