Native Claude lineage preview 20261020.2

Fix native Claude agents that remain Running after a final completion notification when their idle start is discovered during a later turn. Preserve the corresponding buffered child transcript in order.

Validation: 53 focused adapter/persistence/resume/workflow tests plus server typecheck pass on Windows and macOS. Changed-file lint and formatting pass. Windows packaged payload validates 53 files and 12 native sidecar modules. The same idle-start regression fails with the old installed nightly adapter and passes with the fix. The initial preview also passes a native idle-resume/later-discovery/idle-completion probe.

These are unsigned native preview artifacts with Beta branding and no automatic update feed. Preserve the previous app for rollback and use normal quit/restart. On macOS replace the whole bundle at the existing install path. Keep the existing home directory and credentials. Normal startup recovery can cancel historical orphan rows; that is distinct from confirmed completion. Historical truncated transcripts are not reconstructed.

Known separate issue: interim native completion notifications can still mark a child complete while its own background work continues (pingdotgg#16610). This release fixes stale final status and buffered transcript ordering.

SHA-256 hashes are in SHA256SUMS. The attached verify-lineage-replay.py runs the same regression against prepared baseline and fixed worktrees; the test-only patch and steps are in upstream issue pingdotgg#22033.
