This page lists all scripts built-in to PKSM as of v10.1.0 along with notes about their functionality, supported games, and warnings about using them.

Any script in the Universal section or labelled (Universal) can be found by pressing Y on the Scripts screen. All such scripts are designed to work on multiple games.

NOTE: When viewing the universal scripts list in PKSM, it will list all universal scripts at all times. Scripts that are usable on your loaded save are either under Universal below and marked as supporting your game or are listed under the appropriate generation.

Universal
  • All Clothing.c
    • Unlocks all available clothing
    • Supported games:
      • X/Y
      • Generation 7 (S/M/US/UM)
    • S/M/US/UM: Includes an "Illegal" option which unlocks unreleased clothes
  • All Clothing - Switch.c
    • Unlocks all available clothing
    • Supported games:
      • Generation 8 (Sw/Sh)

    • Place every TM in the save's Bag.
    • Supported games:

    • Will not give any missing HMs due to some being linked to story flags that can stall progression.
    • In games where TMs are single-use, the script will ask how many of each TM to place in bag.
    • In games where TMs are infinite use, there may be undocumented bugs relating to receiving TMs already in the pouch due to the script having been created and tested only on post-game save files.
    • Generation 1 (R/G/B/Y) -- due to limited bag size, these games will not be supported by this script
    • B/W -- Will ask whether to add the unavailable TM95 Snarl to bag.
    • Sw/Sh -- Will also add all TRs to bag, asking how many to add
  • batch-edit.c
    • Mass edit a selection of details of every Pokémon in the save or chosen bank.
    • Supported games: Generations 3 through 8

    • Clears the "Owned" flag for everything in the Pokédex (for when you want to re-catch stuff)

  • Edit Trainer Info.c
    • Allows editing of save's trainer data, including:
      • Name

    • NOTE: Gender is not and will not be supported. There are too many undocumented interactions between it and other values to edit this safely.
    • WARNING: Use at your own risk -- editing trainer info of a save that has been online may result in the save becoming banned from further online play.
  • generate-random-pkmn.c
    • Creates multiple completely random Pokémon in either the party or save boxes, with some minor customization options.

    • WARNING: Choosing to generate to Party will overwrite anything currently there! Copy or move anything you do not want to lose to a PC or PKSM Storage box before running this script.
    • NOTE: Do not expect anything generated by this script to be legal!
  • GPSS Random Pokemon.c
    • Fetches 6 random uploads from the GPSS and injects them into the save's party.

    • Injects contents of chosen bank to save's Pokédex

  • legal-living-dex.c
    • Injects one of every species into your save's boxes or a chosen PKSM bank, starting from Box 1 slot 1.
    • Supported games:

    • Everything injected by this script is pre-made, fetched from the FlagBrew website in the form of text files of base64 encoded PKX data.
    • Everything injected by this script is legal as-is but may become illegal if you try to change any of their details after injection.
  • living-dex.c
    • Generates and injects one of every species into your save's boxes, starting from Box 1 slot 1.
    • Supported games:
      • Generation 1 (R/G/B/Y)
      • Generation 2 (G/S/C)
      • Generation 3 (R/S/E/FR/LG)
      • Generation 4 (D/P/PT/HG/SS)

    • Makes all eggs in your save's party and boxes hatch in as few steps as possible
    • Supported games:

    • Does NOT hatch any eggs for you
    • Due to difference in hatching mechanics between games, the hatching of any particular egg can take anywhere from 1 step to 250+ steps.
  • renew-wondercards.c
    • Allows you to reclaim an already injected (and claimed) Wondercard
    • Supported games:
      • Generation 6 (X/Y/OR/AS)

  • save-language.c
    • Changes language of the save file
    • Supported games:
      • Generation 6 (X/Y/OR/AS)

  • script-receiver.c
    • Utility script for receiving scripts from a PC client
    • Supported games: everything
  • swarms.c
    • Allows manipulation of the currently swarming Pokémon
    • Supported games: Generations 4 (D/P/Pt/HG/SS) and 5 (B/W/B2/W2)
      • HG/SS: due to the inability to tell HG saves apart from SS saves (by their content alone), both games will see "Baltoy / Gulpin" with Baltoy's sprite and "Sableye / Mawile" with Sableye's sprite on the selection screen despite Baltoy and Sableye only appearing in HG and Gulpin and Mawile only appearing in SS
      • Generation 5 (B/W/B2/W2): The swarm you choose may not stick if the "last saved" date on your save is before the current date according to the system you next play on.
      • Generation 5 (B/W/B2/W2): Route 8 is frozen over in Winter so you may be unable to encounter Croagunk (BW) or Quagsire (B2W2) after setting it as the active swarm.
  • Text Speed Editor.c
    • Changes text speed of save file, including to "Instant" which is not possible to choose in-game
    • Supported games:
      • Generation 6 (X/Y/OR/AS)
      • Generation 7 (S/M/US/UM)
      • Let's Go: Pikachu and Let's Go: Eevee (LGPE)

  • vivillon.c
    • Changes save file's native Vivillon pattern

    • Allows injection of the event items Aurora Ticket, Mystic Ticket, Old Sea Map, and Eon Ticket.

  • (Universal) RSEFrLg - Set Money.c
    • Allows setting held money to anything up to 999,999

Generation 4 (D/P/Pt/HG/SS)
  • (Universal) DPPt - Feebas Tile Finder.c
    • Determines which 4 tiles on the lake under Mt. Coronet can contain Feebas.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt
    • Note: The tiles change whenever the date changes so this script can only tell you what the tiles were for the date the save was made. If you next play the save on a different day, the Feebas tiles will be different.
  • (Universal) DPPt - Honey Tree Manipulator.c
    • Enables editing the Pokémon currently encounterable at each Honey Tree around Sinnoh.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt
    • Also reveals which trees can have Munchlax, something that is different for every save file. Such "Munchlax trees" are marked with * in front of the tree name. - Note: does not allow setting Munchlax to a tree it cannot legitimately appear on.
    • D/P: Due to Diamond and Pearl save files being indistinguishable by their content alone, any appearance of the version exclusive Silcoon (D) or Cascoon (P) will display Silcoon's sprite and list the names of both species.

  • (Universal) DPPt - Munchlax Trees Checker.c
    • Determines which of the 21 Honey Trees around Sinnoh can contain Munchlax.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt

  • (Universal) dppt-great-marsh.c
    • Allows viewing and editing the daily Pokémon found in Sinnoh's Great Marsh.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt
    • Each of the 6 areas of the Great Marsh has 1 Pokémon that changes daily.
    • Note: The Pokémon available differ based on whether you have the National Pokédex or not. This script only shows what should appear if you have the National Pokédex.
  • (Universal) dppt-trophy-garden.c
    • Allows viewing and editing the 2 Pokémon Mr. Backlot reported seeing in his garden.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt
  • (Universal) DPPt_Spiritomb.c
    • Fulfills requirements for Spiritomb to appear on Route 209.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt
    • Automatically places an Odd Keystone into the Broken Tower on Route 209 and credits you with the 32 Underground greetings needed to force Spiritomb to appear.
  • daycare/Set # Exp gained.pksm
    • When any currently deposited Pokémon are withdrawn from the Daycare, they will gain the amount of EXP in the script's name.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt/HG/SS
    • EXP is not applied until the Pokémon is withdrawn from the Daycare in-game.
    • Any walking done between using these scripts and withdrawing the Pokémon will increase the EXP gained by the number of steps walked.
    • These scripts do not stack with each other. Only the last one used will be effective.
  • dex/Complete.pksm
    • Completely fills the Pokédex.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt/HG/SS
    • Fills Pokédex enough to receive National Pokédex diploma.
  • dex/Language entries.pksm
    • Unlocks all available alternate language Pokédex entries.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt/HG/SS
  • dex/National owned.pksm
    • Marks all non-Mythical species as owned.
    • Supported games: D/P/Pt/HG/SS
    • Fills Pokédex enough to receive Regional and National Pokédex diplomas.
