Add Code References to the projects Integrations page

Currently, the Code References feature is only visible by finding out about it via our documentation.

To increase visibility, we want to list this feature on the Integrations page of every project, linking to the documentation page.

Hey @asaphko , a few questions before I start on this:

1. Icon — We don't have an existing image for Code References in our integration assets. Do we have one in mind, or should we use something generic like a code/brackets icon?
2. Card behaviour — Should this be an external link to the docs (like Backstage), or do we want it to open something within the app? I'm assuming just a docs link since there's no configuration to set up in the UI.
3. Docs URL — I'll use https://docs.flagsmith.com/managing-flags/code-references — is that the right page to link to?
4. Description — Any preference on the card description? Something like: "Track where feature flags are used in your codebase with automated code reference scanning."
