Organisation-Level Audit Log Records - User Authentication Events

Add the following events to the Audit Log:

• a user logged into their account
• a user logged out of their account
• a user changes their password
• a user enabled or disabled 2FA authentication
• a user tried to log in to the account, but the password was entered incorrectly
• a user tried to log in to the account, but the 2FA code was entered incorrectly

Note that these records should be triggered in every organisation for which the user is a member.
