The monitoring page had a stale copy of the Prometheus metrics table that was missing newer metrics (e.g. DynamoDB document metrics). Replace it with a link to the authoritative metrics reference page.

The monitoring page had a hand-maintained copy of the Prometheus metrics table. The authoritative, auto-generated reference lives at /administration-and-security/platform-configuration/metrics.
This PR replaces the stale table with a one-liner linking to the metrics reference page.
