1. Rules for Tag Hierarchy Databases

  1. There must be at least one tag that is "top-level", so the hierarchy has a beginning.
  2. Tags cannot be not top level if they don't have a parent.
  3. Tags cannot be a parent of themselves.
  4. Tags can share the same name, however if a tag is a child of a tag who shares a name, the user must clarify which tag to choose upon save.
