Fixed

EI_DEBUG_NETWORK_VERBOSE=1 was silently doing nothing when running via bunx ei-tui without EI_DATA_PATH explicitly set. The network dump writer was reading the env var directly with no fallback — so if you were relying on the default ~/.local/share/ei path (which is most people), logs just... didn't appear. No error, no warning, nothing.

Under the Hood

Pulled the "figure out where the data directory is" logic into a shared helper (resolveDataPath) so we're not solving it in four different places with four slightly different answers. Bonus: logger.ts was missing the trailing-slash strip that the other implementations had, so that's fixed too.
