Adds issue templates (Desktop bug, Engine bug, Support Model Checkpoint, Feature request) that require checking the FAQ (#84) and Roadmap (#79) first, plus a workflow that labels issues from the form answers. Also replaces the expired Discord invite in CONTRIBUTING.md.
