Windows: run FreeVideo.exe, choose an existing ComfyUI folder or install a new one, then click Install & launch. Offline packages are on Quark.

macOS: open the DMG and drag FreeVideo.app into Applications. If macOS asks you to confirm the first launch, see the first-open steps.

Linux: make the AppImage executable (chmod +x FreeVideo-Linux-x86_64.AppImage) and open it, as on Windows. On a server or from a terminal, see Linux.

Windows： 运行 FreeVideo.exe，选择已有的 ComfyUI 或安装新的 ComfyUI，点击 安装并启动。离线包见夸克网盘。

macOS： 打开 DMG，将 FreeVideo.app 拖入「应用程序」。首次打开如需确认，请参考首次打开步骤。

What's new

Adds an editing view, long videos generated one part after another, and AI agent connections, and makes generation faster.

  • New editing view: arrange generated clips on a timeline, add text and subtitles, change speed or reverse a clip, and choose the size and quality when exporting.
  • Long videos can be generated one part after another: select a range on the timeline in the editing view and press Generate, and each part continues from the one before. A 30-second video is generated in two parts.
  • Clips can be extended in the editing view: drag a new part out of the end of a clip and press Generate, and it continues from the clip. A "First-frame reference" switch reduces drift when a clip is extended.
  • The editing view can create subtitles automatically: it recognizes Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Cantonese speech and gives each line its text and timing.
  • A step-by-step guide appears the first time FreeVideo opens, and can be viewed again from Settings.
  • Connect an AI agent and let it generate, edit and export videos.
  • A new "LAN access" switch in Settings lets phones and other computers on the same network open FreeVideo with a link.
  • After an offline package is imported, FreeVideo offers to delete the ZIP files that are no longer needed, freeing up disk space.
  • LoRAs can be added directly in the creation panel.
  • The FreeVideo · Media node accepts several reference images.
  • Faster generation: the wait before decoding is shorter; when generating several videos in a row, the models load faster for the later ones. On computers with less memory, background compiling after an update uses less memory.
  • Fixes: generating with several large reference images no longer runs out of memory; 16:9 videos can be saved as share videos; making the full video from a preview no longer stalls on a single step now and then; when setup cannot find a graphics driver, the error says so; setup shows the current step; when security software removes one of FreeVideo's files, the error says why and how to restore it; on a slow network, setup waits longer and tries once more when no download source responds; on English Windows, FreeVideo starts when the install folder or the user name contains Chinese characters.

更新内容

新增剪辑视图、一段接一段的长视频生成，并可以连接 AI Agent；生成也更快。

  • 新增剪辑视图：把生成的片段排在时间线上剪辑，可以加文字和字幕、变速和倒放；导出时可以选画面大小和画质。
  • 长视频可以一段接一段生成：在剪辑视图的时间线上选好范围再点生成，每一段都接着前一段往下生成；30 秒的视频分两段生成。
  • 剪辑视图里可以延长片段：从片段尾巴拖出一段再点生成，接在原片段后面往下生成；延长片段时可以打开“首帧参考”，减小画面漂移。
  • 剪辑视图可以自动生成字幕：识别中文、英文、日文、韩文和粤语语音，得到每句的文字和时间。
  • 第一次打开时有分步指引，设置里可以再看一遍。
  • 可以连接 AI Agent，让它生成、剪辑和导出视频。
  • 设置里新增“局域网访问”开关，打开后，同一网络里的手机和其他电脑可以用链接打开 FreeVideo。
  • 导入离线包以后，可以删掉用不到的压缩包，释放磁盘空间。
  • 创作面板里可以直接添加 LoRA。
  • FreeVideo · Media 节点可以接多张参考图。
  • 生成更快：解码前的等待更短；连续生成时，后面的视频加载模型更快。内存较小的电脑上，更新后的后台编译占用的内存更少。
  • 修复：用多张较大的参考图生成时不再内存不足；16:9 的视频可以保存分享视频；先出预览再生成正式视频时，不再偶尔在某一步停留很久；安装时没有找到显卡驱动，会直接说明；安装时会显示当前步骤；FreeVideo 的文件被安全软件移走时，会说明原因和恢复的办法；网络较慢、下载源都连不上时，安装会多等一会儿再试一轮；英文 Windows 上，安装文件夹或用户名带中文时也能正常启动。
