Adapting to library version v1.13.0
Implemented MojangAPI#addNameLookup and #addUuidLookup properly, now checks for players on the local server before requesting from the Mojang-API servers.
Added BukkitReflect: This interface is used to reflect all plugin-based classes like commands and listeners at the same time.
