  • Planner/Evaluator handoff to Codex — Codex writes its findings file directly instead of streaming through Claude. Faster sessions, more Claude context left for the actual work.
  • Planner scope discipline — stays in "what to build and why", leaves "how" to the Generator. Specs come out shorter and more requirement-focused; a hard quality gate in the convergence step keeps them that way.
