TSC Direct Print 1.2.0

Initial public release of TSC Direct Print 1.2.0 for Android 13+.

An independent Android Print Service for the TSC MH261T at 203 DPI. Print from supported browsers/PDF apps directly over TCP 9100; no Mac or USB relay required. UI language: Thai.

• Standard Android Print menu and in-app PDF picker.
• 102 × 76 mm and 148 × 210 mm presets; saved custom sizes shared by Print and Print Test.
• Diagnostic label with borders, ruler, QR and white text on black fill.
• MIT-licensed source, illustrated Thai/English guides, build instructions and troubleshooting.

Install

Download TSC-Direct-Print-1.2.0.apk, install it, set your printer IP under ตั้งค่า, and enable TSC Direct Print in Android's Printing settings. Select TSC MH261T and the correct stock in your app's normal Print dialog. See the repository README for screenshots and full instructions.

On Xiaomi/Redmi/HyperOS, background restrictions may suspend the service. See docs/troubleshooting.md for the observed No restrictions / Print Spooler recovery.

Verification

• 22 core tests + 23 Android instrumentation tests passed on an API 36 AOSP emulator.
• Debug build/lint passed; APK v2 signature verified.

This is the existing 1.2.0 release APK; public-repository preparation changes documentation, test synchronization and the checksum helper, not application behavior. Physical acceptance was confirmed for a new web label from a Redmi/Android 16 phone. Physical A5/custom stock, other models/DPI, and API 33/37 runtime remain unverified.

Place the APK and SHA256SUMS.txt together and run shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.txt to verify the download. No private signing key is distributed. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by TSC.
