fix(web): return proper 404 page for inaccessible chat sessions (#7466)

• fix(web): return proper 404 page for inaccessible chat sessions

Server functions now return null for 404/403 responses instead of
throwing errors. The component checks for null and throws notFound()
to trigger the site-wide 404 page.

Also replaced all throw new Response(...) with throw new Error(...)
to prevent SSR crashes (TanStack Start bug #5960).

Added documentation in ARCHITECTURE.md about error handling patterns
in server functions.

• Return null instead of throwing error when no data in fetchChatMessages
• Check for both !session and !messages before throwing notFound()
