Flipside CLI v0.6.7

fix(cli): include workflow ID in pull output to fix update-on-push (#7480)

When pulling a workflow, the ID was not included in the YAML output.
This caused users who did pull -> edit -> push to create new workflows
instead of updating the existing one.

Now the workflow ID is included in the pulled YAML, enabling the
proper update flow.
