Refined Layout 1.0.0 is here! 🎉 Cursor movement errors in Live Preview mode fixed!

Give your notes the spacing, rhythm, and details you love. Customize Live Preview Mode and reading mode independently without writing CSS—from body text, lists, and headings to images, tables, callouts, and Mermaid diagrams.

This release brings back original keyboard editing experience, fixing cursor movement around compressed blank lines and introducing built-in update notes.

Fixes and Improvements

• Move through compressed blank lines one at a time: Fixed Up/Down skipping blank lines whose height has been reduced by the plugin, including consecutive compressed blank lines.
• More natural selection and cursor movement: Shift+Up/Down extends selections across these lines while preserving the selection anchor. Moving through blank lines also preserves the cursor’s intended horizontal position.
• More accurate navigation at wrap boundaries: Improved movement around wrapped paragraphs and text with fold controls or other editor markers, reducing cases where blank lines or visual text rows were skipped.

New

• Built-in update notes: View the current version’s changes inside Obsidian when the new version loads. Notes appear in Chinese or English based on your plugin language setting and are shown only once per version.

Upgrading and Compatibility

• Existing layout settings and JSON configuration files remain compatible. No reconfiguration is needed.
• Requires Obsidian 1.12.7 or later.
• Native settings search requires Obsidian 1.13 or later.
